This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Swoop Search LLC (“Swoop,” “we”, “us” or “our”) and how we handle personal information that we collect through our digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy, including our website (collectively, the “Service”).

Swoop provides commercial software to our customers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that we handle on behalf of our customers while providing our services to them, which is governed by our agreements with those customers.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services.
